Egg tagliolini with crespiriso black truffle 250g

Artisanal Piedmontese pasta, very tasty thanks to the notable presence of black truffle. Bronze drawn, this pasta is rough and consistent to go best with seasonings. The eggs used in the dough give a characteristic color and flavor that blends with that of the black truffle in a harmonious and balanced way.

Crespiriso Egg Taglioni with Black Truffle are a genuine, light and tasty food, easy and quick to cook, suitable for preparing countless dishes just changing the seasoning to your liking... They are very tasty even cooked with just a drizzle of Extra virgin olive oil and finely grated mature Parmigiano Reggiano

This pasta is produced according to artisanal processing techniques, bronze drawn in Piedmont, Italy

COOKING METHODS:

Put a spoonful of olive oil in hot water in a deep pan, blanch the pasta for about 2-3 minutes, taste and when it is cooked "al dente", drain it and sauté it in a pan with the sauce, bringing it to the end of cooking. If necessary, add a little cooking water little by little.
