WHEN WE DELIVER

All orders are shipped within 5 business days after your order is confirmed
All orders require a signature upon delivery.
Once shipped, orders will not be redirected.
The customer agrees to pay any opening fees for the package sent and not picked up after the second pass of the courier.
TRACKING
When the order is shipped, www.crespiriso.com will send you an -mail containing the tracking number provided by the Express Courier, with a link to check the status of the shipment.
INSURANCE
www.crespiriso.com insures each shipment until delivery. A signature is required with each delivery, at which point responsibility for the goods will pass to you. If you have designated a specific recipient other than yourself to whom the goods are to be delivered (e.g., if it is a gift), the signature made by the recipient will be accepted as proof of delivery upon completion of service by www.crespiriso.com and will likewise transfer all responsibility.
TAXES
All product prices include VAT 4% - 10% - 22%. In many countries, shipments are made Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). All applicable import taxes are included in the total price shown on the purchase page under "Order Summary".

If a destination Return Not Duty Paid (DDU) destination is selected, the price of the products listed on the purchase page under "Order Summary" does not include taxes and VAT. The recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs fees, local taxes, and clearance costs of the country to which the shipment is being made. These costs will then be billed to the recipient by our logistics partner GLS. Since we are unable to indicate the exact amount, we will always ask you for confirmation by email before shipping a Return Not Duty Unpaid (DDU) order. To ensure timely shipment of your order, we recommend that you pay attention to our email. By shipping your order you agree to ensure the importation of the respective items and/or provide the necessary information.
