YESNATURAL RICE OIL

YESNATURAL rice oil selected by crespiriso is one of the best rice oils in Italy, a refined product, with a very delicate, light flavor and of the highest quality. Rice oil is extracted from the rice germ (rice embryo) eliminated inside the rice husk, a by-product of rice processing, which is obtained in the first stone bleaching step of the rice in the whitening machines, where the rice freshly browned wholemeal rice is transformed into semi-wholemeal rice and then from semi-wholemeal to white rice. Rice oil has antioxidant properties thanks to the presence of tocopherols and tocotrienols and especially gamma-oryzanol, a powerful natural antioxidant. Gamma-Oryzanol could promote correct lipid metabolism.
Ideal oil for a balanced diet.

HOW TO USE: due to its remarkable palatality, rice oil can be used both raw and to season cooked dishes, also excellent for risottos, sauces and fried foods, its use is ideal in the preparation of desserts.

STORAGE METHOD: store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. To keep the sensorial and nutritional properties of our oil intact for longer: close the container tightly after each use. Store the product below 20°C (the optimal range is between 12 and 18°C). To help you with conservation, we have chosen to bottle the oil in dark green glass bottles, to better preserve the product from light.
