Wholemeal Carnaroli superfine rice in long-lasting 1kg vacuum pack

WHOLE RICE

CRESPIRISO brown rice comes from an exclusive husking process; It does not undergo stone husking and therefore has a greenish-grey color. Without the husking process, brown rice is much more nutritious than traditional white husked rice; but obviously the uses, the flavour, the grain size and all the other organoleptic characteristics change compared to the corresponding processed rice.

WHOLE CARNAROLI RICE

Very refined superfine rice with a semi-tapered grain rich in dietary fibre, with a great consistency and firmness during cooking; intense and characteristic flavour.

The rice is free of preservative agents, store in a cool, dry place before and after opening the package.

COOKING TIME: 35 minutes (in a normal pot)
20 minutes (in a pressure cooker)
