Crespiriso snowflakes are very thin Apollo aromatic rice cakes; light; but delicious and aromatic triangular-shaped snacks, crunchy and tasty, gluten-free. these biscuits are prepared only with Apollo aromatic rice, water and salt. You can also enjoy them in variations: with Ermes red rice and Venere black rice. Excellent as a substitute for bread, to accompany aperitifs, cheeses, cured meats, wine, beer, sauces, ideal snack for a mid-day snack or snack. They are produced only with simple and genuine ingredients: aromatic rice, water and salt. Also used in children's diets and in low-calorie and highly digestible diets.
