Maize flour foil
This type of corn flour is finer than bramata; but this does not exclude its use for the preparation of polenta. It is possible to mix bramata and foil in any proportions you want. The foil is also used in the preparation of rice and corn pasta, in the breading of meat and fish, in the dough of corn bread and in the preparation of desserts of all kinds.
• It should be remembered that CRESPIRISO Fioretto corn flour is not pre-cooked, but 100% genuine, therefore it requires cooking for at least 45 minutes in water.
