They are biscuits made using Ermes wholemeal red rice flour, therefore they have a brick red colour. The flavor is as special as the flour they are made of. They are quite fragrant, but still sweetened and softened by honey in an absolutely unique mix. In addition to Ermes wholemeal red rice flour, the butter, eggs and sugar are highly selected to ensure the customer the highest quality. The shape is a striped log, the package is 200g.
