It is a specialty that comes from a mixture of 50% rice flour with 50% corn flour and water. The rice & corn specialty represents an excellent alternative to the traditional durum wheat specialty, it is the ideal food for a healthy, balanced diet with few calories but lots of taste. It is easy and quick to cook, it goes with practically everything, it is a light but tasty and nutritious product at the same time...
The rice & corn specialty combines the nutritional power of rice with the exceptional nutritional power of corn!!
The rice & corn specialty is free of preservative agents, store in a cool, dry place before and after opening the package.
This specialty is produced according to artisanal processing techniques. We have different long and short forms of this specialty.

PENNE rice & corn in 500g pack, COOKING TIME: 4 minutes
COOKING METHODS:
Put a spoonful of olive oil in hot water in a deep pan, blanch the pasta for about 2-3 minutes, taste and when it is cooked "al dente", drain it and sauté it in a pan with the sauce, bringing it to the end of cooking. If necessary, add a little cooking water little by little.
