COOKING METHODS:
Put a spoonful of olive oil in hot water in a deep pan, blanch the pasta for about 2-3 minutes, taste and when it is cooked "al dente", drain it and sauté it in a pan with the sauce until it is cooked, If necessary, add a little cooking water little by little.
