Ribe rice
RIBE fine rice is a rice with a long, crystalline grain. It belongs to the Japonica subspecies, and was born from the selection of the researcher RInaldo BErsani from whom it took its name. The use of this rice in the kitchen can be defined as "transversal" as it absorbs seasonings well and is suitable for the preparation of imaginative salads, creamed risottos, side dishes, arancini, rice pilaf, soups and stews.
The rice is free of preservative agents, store in a cool, dry place before and after opening the package.
