Brown rice is born following an exclusive husking process, as it does not undergo stone husking, its color is greenish-grey. its organoleptic characteristics, flavor and grain size change compared to traditional processed rice.
Wholemeal Thaibonnet is of the indica variety, long and fine grain, crystalline.
32 minutes (in a normal pot)
16 minutes (in a pressure cooker)
The rice is free of preservative agents, store in a cool, dry place before and after opening the package.
