Black Truffle Risotto with Crespiriso Carnaroli Rice 300g
Product features
The black truffle risotto is a high quality product resulting from the union of Carnaroli rice with sliced black truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt. 0.4%) and a delicate mixture of vegetable seasoning without glutamate (broth) . The product is complete with all the ingredients for the preparation of risotto; ingredients to add for cooking: boiling water or boiling broth; olive or rice oil or butter, salt, dry white wine.
Preparation tips:
Bring 1 liter of water or vegetable or meat broth to the boil. In another pan, heat 2/3 tablespoons of olive oil or 2/3 knobs of butter together with the rice for a few seconds (approximately 10/15), stirring constantly; add salt and white wine (1/2 – 1 glass) to taste, mix for a few seconds and drown with the boiling water or previously prepared broth. During cooking, stir occasionally and add boiling water or boiling broth little by little until cooked and creamed to your liking (approximately 18/20 min). Once cooked, add grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese to taste.
Storage method : the product is sensitive to humidity and heat and must be stored at a temperature below 25 °C, in a dry (relative humidity ≤ 30%) and ventilated place. Avoid direct exposure to very intense light sources.

PREPARATION IN THE PRESSURE COOKER:
POUR THE CONTENTS OF THE POUCH INTO 500 ML OF COLD WATER OR COLD VEGETABLE OR MEAT BROTH, COOK FOR ABOUT 8/10 MINUTES FROM THE START OF THE VALVE WHISTLING.
PREPARATION WITH MICROWAVE OVEN:
POUR THE CONTENTS OF THE POUCH INTO AN OPEN CONTAINER SUITABLE FOR USE IN THE MICROWAVE OVEN WITH ABOUT 500 ML OF COLD WATER OR COLD VEGETABLE OR MEAT BROTH, COOK FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES AT 800 W.
