Strawberry Risotto with Crespiriso Carnaroli Rice 300g
Product features
The "Alle Fragole" risotto is a high quality product resulting from the union of Carnaroli rice with strawberries obtained from fresh products (then freeze-dried) and a delicate mixture of vegetable seasoning without glutamate (broth) . The product is complete with all the ingredients for the preparation of risotto; ingredients to add for cooking: boiling water, extra virgin olive oil or rice oil or butter, salt, dry white wine.
Preparation tips:
Bring 1 liter of water or vegetable broth to the boil. In another pan, heat 2/3 tablespoons of olive oil or 2/3 knobs of butter together with the rice for a few seconds (approximately 10/15), stirring constantly; to taste, add salt and white wine (1/2 – 1 glass), mix for a few seconds and drown with boiling water or with the previously prepared boiling broth. During cooking, stir occasionally and add boiling water or broth little by little until cooked and creamed to your liking (approximately 18/20 min). At the end of cooking, add the strawberries contained in the sachet and mix. Garnish with grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
Storage method : the product is sensitive to humidity and heat and must be stored at a temperature below 25 °C, in a dry (relative humidity ≤ 30%) and ventilated place. Avoid direct exposure to very intense light sources.

PREPARATION IN THE PRESSURE COOKER:
POUR THE CONTENTS OF THE POUCH (ONLY THE ONE WITH THE RICE NOT WITH THE STRAWBERRIES) INTO 500 ML OF COLD WATER OR COLD VEGETABLE BROTH, COOK FOR ABOUT 8/10 MINUTES FROM THE START OF THE VALVE WHISTLEING. AFTER COOKING THE RICE, ADD THE STRAWBERRIES CONTAINED IN THE BAG, WHICH AND SERVE HOT.
PREPARATION WITH MICROWAVE OVEN:
POUR THE CONTENTS OF THE POUCH (ONLY THE ONE WITH THE RICE NOT WITH THE STRAWBERRIES) INTO AN OPEN CONTAINER SUITABLE FOR USE IN THE MICROWAVE OVEN WITH ABOUT 500 ML OF COLD WATER OR COLD BROTH, COOK FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES AT 800 W. AFTER COOKING THE RICE, ADD THE STRAWBERRIES CONTAINED IN THE BAG, WHICH AND SERVE HOT.
