Shrimp and courgette risotto with crespiriso Carnaroli rice 300g
The Shrimp and Courgette Risotto is a high quality product resulting from the union of Carnaroli rice with fresh shrimp, then freeze-dried and fresh courgettes, then dehydrated together with a delicate mixture of glutamate-free fish seasoning (broth) . The product is complete with all the ingredients for the preparation of risotto; ingredients to add for cooking: boiling water, extra virgin olive oil or rice oil or butter, salt, dry white wine.
Bring 1 liter of water or fish broth to the boil. In another pan, heat 2/3 tablespoons of olive oil or 2/3 knobs of butter together with the rice for a few seconds (approximately 10/15), stirring constantly; to taste, add salt and white wine (1/2 – 1 glass), mix for a few seconds and drown with boiling water or with the previously prepared boiling broth. During cooking, stir occasionally and add boiling water or boiling broth little by little until cooked and creamed to your liking (approximately 18/20 min).
Storage method : the product is sensitive to humidity and heat and must be stored at a temperature below 25 °C, in a dry (relative humidity ≤ 30%) and ventilated place. Avoid direct exposure to very intense light sources.

POUR THE CONTENTS OF THE POUCH INTO 500 ML OF COLD WATER, COOK FOR ABOUT 8/10 MINUTES FROM THE START OF THE VALVE WHISTLING.
PREPARATION WITH MICROWAVE OVEN:
POUR THE CONTENTS OF THE POUCH INTO AN OPEN CONTAINER SUITABLE FOR USE IN THE MICROWAVE OVEN WITH ABOUT 500 ML OF COLD WATER, COOK FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES AT 800 W.
