Paniscia Novarese Risotto with Crespiriso Carnaroli Rice 300g
The “Paniscia” risotto Novara style is a high quality product resulting from the union of Carnaroli rice with pork sausage and selected and pre-cooked top quality beans and a delicate blend of vegetable seasoning without glutamate (broth) . The product is complete with all the ingredients for the preparation of risotto; ingredients to add for cooking: boiling water or vegetable or meat broth, extra virgin olive or rice oil, or butter, salt, dry red wine.
Place 1.5 liters of water and the beans contained in the sachet in a tall saucepan. Bring to the boil and cook for approximately 15 minutes. In another pan, heat some oil or butter without frying, pour in the remaining preparation from the bag containing the rice, mixing for a short time and toasting lightly. If desired, add red wine such as Barbera del Piemonte (1/2 – 1 glass) and blend. Gradually add the broth with the beans; during cooking, stir occasionally and if necessary add more boiling broth until cooked and creamed as desired (approximately 18/20 min). Once cooked, add grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese to taste
Storage method : the product is sensitive to humidity and heat and must be stored at a temperature below 25 °C, in a dry (relative humidity ≤ 30%) and ventilated place. Avoid direct exposure to very intense light sources.

PREPARATION IN THE PRESSURE COOKER:
POUR THE CONTENTS OF THE POUCH (ONLY THE ONE WITH THE RICE, NOT WITH THE BEANS) INTO 500 ML OF COLD WATER, COOK FOR ABOUT 8/10 MINUTES FROM THE START OF THE VALVE WHISTLING. SEPARATELY IN ANOTHER POT COOK THE BEANS IN WATER FOR 15 MINUTES AND ADD THE COOKED AND DRAINED BEANS TO THE REST OF THE RISOTTO COOKED IN THE PRESSURE COOKER. CREAM WITH PARMESAN CHEESE AND SERVE HOT.
