Risotto with Speck and Red Radicchio with Crespiriso Carnaroli Rice 500g
The risotto with Speck and red Radicchio is a high quality product deriving from the union of Carnaroli rice with Speck obtained from selected top quality fresh product - diced and dehydrated, red Radicchio obtained from fresh and selected product - dehydrated and a delicate mixture of dehydrated vegetables and vegetable seasoning without glutamate (broth). The product is complete with all the ingredients for the preparation of risotto; ingredients to add: boiling water - oil or butter, salt, wine.
Bring 1 cc L of water to the boil. In another pan, heat 2/3 tablespoons of olive oil or 2/3 knobs of butter together with the rice for a few seconds (approximately 10/15), stirring constantly; add salt and red wine (1/2 – 1 glass) to taste, mix for a few seconds and drown with the previously prepared boiling water. During cooking, stir occasionally and add boiling water little by little until cooked and creamed to your liking (approximately 18/20 min).
Storage method : the product is sensitive to humidity and heat and must be stored at a temperature below 25 °C, in a dry (relative humidity ≤ 30%) and ventilated place. Avoid direct exposure to very intense light sources.

PREPARATION IN THE PRESSURE COOKER:
POUR THE CONTENTS OF THE POUCH INTO 500 ML OF COLD WATER, COOK FOR ABOUT 8/10 MINUTES FROM THE START OF THE VALVE WHISTLING.
PREPARATION WITH MICROWAVE OVEN:
POUR THE CONTENTS OF THE POUCH INTO AN OPEN CONTAINER SUITABLE FOR USE IN THE MICROWAVE OVEN WITH ABOUT 500 ML OF COLD WATER, COOK FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES AT 800 W.
