RICE SOUP WITH LEEKS AND POTATOES

Product features

Rice soup with leeks and potatoes is a high quality product resulting from the union of superfine Carnaroli rice, dehydrated leeks, dehydrated potato flakes, dehydrated vegetables and a delicate blend of glutamate-free vegetable seasoning (broth). The product is complete with all the ingredients for the preparation of the soup; ingredients to add for cooking: boiling water, olive oil, salt.

Preparation tips

Pour one liter of water and the contents of the soup bag into a tall pan, bring to the boil, then cook for about 15 minutes. At the end of cooking, add salt and olive oil to taste and grated Parmesan cheese.

Storage method : the product is sensitive to humidity and heat and must be stored at a temperature below 25 °C, in a dry (relative humidity ≤ 30%) and ventilated place. Avoid direct exposure to very intense light sources.

Carnaroli superfine rice (40%), dehydrated potato flakes (16%, antioxidant potassium metabisulphite), dehydrated leeks (8%), vegetable seasoning without glutamate: (salt, potato starch, yeast extract, potato maltodextrins; vegetables dehydrated, onion, carrot, celery , parsley, sunflower oil, ginger, nutmeg, natural flavourings), dehydrated vegetables in variable proportions: onion, carrot, garlic.
